Overview:
We have experienced an issue with our billing run which caused invoices to be partially generated. These means that the amounts were held against customer's accounts in 'items yet to be invoiced' but could not be scheduled against payment mandates.

Impact:
Invoices will be held against customer's account as 'items yet to be invoiced' but will not be scheduled against a payment mandate.

This may cause the account credit balance to go into a negative amount meaning that outbound phone calls will be unable to be made.

Gradwell Action:
Our engineers have isolated and resolved the issue and are re-running the billing to fully generate these invoices. We expect this to complete in the next few hours and will monitor this as it completes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently working to resolve this issue and expect to provide the next update by Sunday 1st July 2012 @ 13:00 (BST)
